You can check availability of the apartment and send a reservation request by clicking the desired check in date in the calendar.

To secure a booking we request by telephone your credit card number, expiration date and the 3-digit number on the back. Your credit card will not be charged, but is used only to secure your booking.

Upon arrival you have the choice to pay with any Major credit card, Pin or Maestro card. We also accept your advanced payment with internet banking (our bank details upon request) or you can pay with PayPal.

We ask your understanding for a 4% surcharge when paying by credit card.

CONDITIONS:

• Maximum 2 / 4 persons* (No pets)
• Special long term rates available upon request!
• The standard check-in time is 2 PM or later.The check-out time is until 11 AM on the day of your departure.
• There is a minimum stay of three nights.
• Full payment is expected on arrival or in advance by internet banking!
• We accept all Major Credit cards,Cash and Pin.The rates are including VAT and Tourist tax.*

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We cannot be responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case that a confirmed booking has been made and our clients fail to inform us about their decision to cancel their stay in our apartment prior to seven days before their arrival, we require partial compensation.The cancellation fee will be debited automatically from your credit card.The details below are maximum penalties;

• Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 20 euro
• Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay
• Cancellation 14 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay
• No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge
